Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A2: Depends to product and quantity. Usually is about 3-10 days if the goods are in stock, or 15 – 20 days if the goods are not in stock.
Q3: Can I have a sample order for value?
A3: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples, ODM orders are also acceptable.
Q4: Do you have any MOQ limit?
A4: Low MOQ. Some product is available to have 1 pc for sample checking. Some model is about 5-10pcs.
Q5: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A5: We usually ship by sea. It usually takes about 20-30 days to arrive according to distance. Airline shipping is also optional.
Q6: How to proceed an order for your products?
A6: 1st, give us your requirements, data or application.
2nd, we will quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
3rd, you should confirm the samples and places deposit for formal order.
4th, we arrange the production after get your confirmation.
