Main Technical Parameters of Bridge Crane (First Part)
Lifting weight also call rated lifting weight, refers to the maximum amount of load that the crane actually allows to lift. Using "t" as its unit.
Lifting weights of domestic bridge crane series have 5, 10 (single hook), 15/3, 20/5, 30/5, 50/10, 75/20, 100/20, 125/20, 150/30, 200/30, 250/30 (hook), etc. Bridge crane can be divided into three grades according to lifting weight, 5-10t small grade, 10-50t medium grade and heavy grade which above 50t.
It is distance between center line of both wheels ends of crane's main beam, that is distance between center lines of the big car's main track. Using "m" as its unit. Domestic bridge crane spans are 10.5, 13.5, 16.5, 19.5, 22.5, 25.5, 28.5, 31.5, etc, every 3 meter is a grade.
3. Lifting height.
It is distance between upper limit position and lower linit position of crane spreader or grab device. Using "m" as its unit. Commonly lifting height has 12, 16, 12/14, 12/18, 16/18, 19/21, 20/22, 21/23, 22/26, 24/26, etc.
4. Running speed.
The running speed of operation mechanism at the rated speed of motor uses m/min as its unit. Generally running speed of car is 40-60 m/min and big car is 100-135 min/min.
5. Lifting speed.
Elevate mechanism to raise motor speed at rated speed. Using m/min as its unit. General promotion speed cannot above 30 m/min and this depends on nature, weight and promotion requirements of goods.
